Profile
Fermín Larrarte is an Argentine lawyer and MBA with more than twenty years of experience across corporate law, technology and business operations. His career has moved between legal, corporate and operational functions, largely within technology companies operating across Latin America and the United States.
He served as General Counsel at Wolox, a technology company with operations spanning multiple Latin American markets and the United States. In that role, he participated in the process that led to Wolox’s acquisition by Accenture, and in the integration that followed.
Beyond his legal work, Fermín has experience in mergers and acquisitions, and in negotiating complex technology, software and SaaS agreements. He has also held operational leadership positions, including roles as Chief Operating Officer, working alongside startups and technology companies on execution and organizational matters.
He is a co-founder of Klorbo, a venture focused on SaaS and technology negotiation, and has served as Director of Institutional Management at Leasing Argentina.
